e-Malaya e.V., officially registered in July 2003 at the court of Hamburg in Germany, acts as a charitable non-profit organization. In order to preserve flexibility, efficiency and
transparency the organization counts only the seven founding members that are legally required in Germany. The NGO relies on an internationally qualified network of education, social, IT and management professionals.
